At INDImarkt, we aim to provide a reliable and convenient local delivery service so you can enjoy your favorite Indian groceries at home.
Please review the details below to understand how our local delivery works.
Minimum Delivery
For orders above 30€, delivery is free and orders below would have a 4.99€ fee.

Delivery Days & Schedule

Local delivery is available from Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are eligible for same-day processing and orders placed after 12:00PM will be considered for next delivery day.
- Same day delivery will be done for West Munich and next day delivery for East Munich

Delivery time window for same-day deliveries is between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Weekend(Friday & Saturday) delivery window is from 3:00PM to 10:00PM
Order Handling & Delivery Attempts
(IMPORTANT) Weight Limit:
=> With elevator access, maximum 30kg will be door delivered.
=> Without elevator, maximum 15kg can be door delivered until 2nd floor
Above the weight limit, kindly come down to the entrance to assist the staff.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, a second delivery attempt may be charged €4.99.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Local Delivery orders cannot be modified even if you contact us.

Once an order is packed or out for delivery, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
- Fresh produce like vegetables/fruits and Frozen items cannot be returned!
